To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, nail, eye, and personal-care products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or unsealed, except where a return or remedy is required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
